I'm Jenny Lacey. I've spent the last 10+ years helping build a B2B SaaS marketing organization from the ground up. I was the first marketing hire, and one of my first self-led projects was cleaning up and rebuilding the free CRM the sales team had been making work for years.
Over the years, I've owned contact data management and Pardot operations, supported our Salesforce implementation, and led our migration from Pardot to HubSpot in 2023, including the Salesforce integration, forms, landing pages, automation, and reporting. I've also implemented and documented platforms like Dreamdata, PathFactory, and 6sense. Today, most of my time is spent as the team’s Project Manager, channel marketer, HubSpot admin, campaign operations, lead management, reporting, integrations, tech stack owner, and database governance.
I love bringing structure to chaos, documenting processes, turning one-off requests into repeatable workflows, and creating frameworks that make life easier for the entire team. I'm often the person translating business needs into systems and processes that actually work, whether that's between marketing, sales, RevOps, or technical stakeholders. I'm easy to work with, hard to rattle, and genuinely enjoy being the person people come to when they need to figure out how something should work.
